welcome To beyond burnout

We see you. We hear you.

You are not
Alone

This is a site for educators, aid workers, and social justice advocates navigating burnout, trauma, and the challenges of refusing, calling out, and dismantling systems. I specialize in supporting those in international development, education, and helping professions through a relational worldview approach—grounded in decolonized, anti-racist, intersectional, feminist, queer, and disability-affirmative practices.

Burnout in these fields isn’t just about overwork; it’s tied to the complexities of unlearning, reallocating privilege, and engaging in advocacy and social justice work, which can be deeply traumatic. The tools we’ve inherited often reproduce the very systems we seek to dismantle, leaving us stuck and depleted. I develop alternative tools and modalities to help us exist within these systems while working to transform or let them go entirely.

If you’re navigating these challenges, this is a space for understanding, renewal, and solidarity. We see you. We hear you. You are not alone.

With experience as a trauma specialist, education advisor, and international development professional, I focus on helping people navigate burnout, trauma, and the challenges of unlearning. We are connected to all Sentient Beings

A relational worldview recognizes that all life is interconnected. It invites us to honour the relationships between people, communities, and the Earth, fostering collective care, mutual support, and shared responsibility for the well-being of all. This is critical to addressing burnout.
