Your Guide to unlearning

Hello, I’m Ella!
Your Guide to Relational Unlearning

As a trauma therapist and PhD student (in progress)—grounded in relational and decolonial approaches—I am passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating burnout, trauma, and the complexities of unlearning. Drawing on my experience in trauma care, education, and international development, I provide a compassionate and inclusive space tailored to your unique journey. My mission is to empower you to reconnect with yourself, your community, and the land as kin, fostering resilience, healing, and transformation. Together, we’ll explore a path that honors your story and helps you move toward a more balanced and meaningful life.

I believe in a relational approach to wellness, honouring the interconnectedness of mind, body, community, and land.
